Cineworld

Cineworld is a multi screen cinema right in the centre of town. Usually the movies shown here are Hollywood mainstream but they also have special screenings for example:

On Monday they have a classic movie, the price usually includes a biscuit and warm drink. On Saturday at 10am they have movies for kids at £1. On bargain Tuesday you can see the latest movies at almost half price!

They also usually have a selection of "Bollywood" (films from India) titles.

WARNING

Beware of using cameras in the cinema it could cost you dear. In the USA a woman filmed 20 seconds from the Transformers movie now faces a year in prison. Luton Cineworld has a similar policy, adverts before the movie starts warn of up to 10 years imprisonment for using a camera. These people are serious, they are a body called FACT who are a self appointed enforcement operation, you will see their logo before the movie starts and on DVDs and CDs you purchase.

Amusements at the Galaxy

The Galaxy Centre houses a large Namco Station. Here you can play a huge variety of the latest video games and amusements. There is also a Gala Bingo club in the centre for great afternoon and evening entertainment!
